Before joining Amsted Rail, Karina honed her leadership and organizational skills through roles at Motor Coach Industries International and the Consulate General in Los Angeles. These experiences taught her to navigate complex intercultural environments and manage operations across borders. Drawn to Amsted Rail’s strong reputation for safety and efficiency, she joined the company in 2008, ready to take on new challenges in a dynamic, purpose-driven setting.
Throughout her career at Amsted Rail, Karina has demonstrated exceptional organizational and leadership abilities. Her attention to detail has been instrumental in coordinating high-level meetings, events and strategic initiatives that require careful planning, cross-departmental collaboration and discretion. One example she was particularly proud of was her role in planning the grand opening of Amsted Seals Mexico, a milestone that showcased Amsted Rail’s growth and innovation.
