At the October 1997 Arbitration and Rules Committee meeting an editorial revision, as proposed by the WABL Committee, was approved. The change as shown below acknowledges approval status of a new M-942 grease.

Rule 26.E.4.h: Alvania Grease DTR, Shell Oil Company
This change becomes effective with the date of this circular letter and will be included in the 1998 edition of the Field Manual.
